Ground Support
Ground support truss constructions from Naxpro Truss make it easy and quick to assemble complex constructions.
Ground support means when a truss frame is equipped as a base with a height-adjustable floor element such as a base or basement. A short truss element is attached to it, usually 50 cm long - a joint unit is bolted onto this element, in the hinge part (break element). Then, depending on the requirements, there are the compatible truss lines, which are designated as tower elements. About this Tower a Sleeveblock drives like a sledge. Sleeve blocks ara available in different versions, optionally as a plate sleeve or as a welded block.
Finally, a head section or top section is attached to the tower like a head element. At this head section the sleeve is lifted up, depending on the requirements by means of a hand chain hoist or electric chain hoist, in rare cases rope hoists are also used. When the end position has been reached, the sleeve is mechanically fixed to the top section. Additional reinforcements such as corner brakes or rope bandages are generally advised for these constructions.
