The Lifting Tower consists of extruded aluminium mast sections (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6 in accordance with standards UN-EN573-3:2009/UNE-EN755-2:2009).
These sturdy sections are extended by means of pulleys with bearings (covered with nylatron shells) and O5 mm galvanised steel wire rope with steel core (Composition: 7?19+0), specially manufactured for lifting heavy loads (DIN 3060).
ULK Lifts are fitted with detachable steel forks (600 x 50 x 50 mm/1? 11.62? x 1.97? x 1.97?) and magnetic locking pins as standard, for a quick set-up.
The forks have two fundamental features:
Adjustable design; to accommodate different load sizes.
The forks can be removed; for a more convenient transporting and storage of the tower.
Compact base of 570 x 460 mm, manufactured in sturdy steel (ST-37, DIN-1626) and finished in a textured black powder coating (Epoxy) special for outdoor use.
Base is provided with:
1 spirit level for a proper vertical adjustment of the tower.
4 heavy-duty swivel castors (2 with brakes and 2 rigid, O100 mm / 3.93?) for easy handling.
The sturdy base is specially designed so that these lifts can be used with forklift trucks.
2 mast steel braces for greater lift stability and also to protect the aluminium mast sections when the lift is being moved horizontally.
Its four detachable legs, manufactured with reinforced steel (S235 JRH in accordance with standards DIN-EN 10219-1:2006), come complete with leveller screw jacks that have reinforced nylon injection moulded spin handles (ergonomic design) with double thread and speed which facilitates the levelling task. Their non-slip foot plates ensure a perfect adjustment of the tower to the floor surface.
To ease its horizontal moving and its loading in vehicles, the ULK Towers have two heavy-duty wheels (O 100 mm).
For a quick, safe and effortless lifting process our ULK Towers are equipped with an AL-KO CF900 hand winch with automatic braking system, which stops the load at the desired height when the handles are released.
This winch is certified for a maximum load of 900 kg
